Neal Evert, CPA
Neal is a founder of Carpenter, Evert & Associates and the firm’s managing partner. He joined what would eventually become Carpenter Evert right out of college. His philosophy of personal service with professional results is still the backbone of Carpenter, Evert & Associates today.

Marc Colin, CPA
Marc came to Carpenter, Evert & Associates in 1996, right out of college. He became a partner in 2006, bringing a good balance of experience and technical expertise to the partnership. In addition to working with clients, Marc enjoys the research that is vital to keeping up with ever-expanding rules and restrictions in the accounting industry.

Matt Pillsbury, CPA
Matt is our newest partner and has been with Carpenter, Evert & Associates since he graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2006. He quickly advanced through the firm, becoming a partner in July of 2014. He comes from an accounting family – both his mother and father were in the business – and enjoys solving the puzzles that accounting often presents.
